My Listing Assistant handles all of the logistics of marketing your home: getting the lockbox set, managing the photo process, making sure the sign is installed and there are flyers in the box.
At the same time, our Marketing Manager gets your home in the MLS, on Zillow, Trulia and a dozen other websites, places ads locally and online, schedules open houses and starts to build the flow of buyers that will yield a strong offer in short order.
When someone wants to make an offer, I get involved again. I may write the offer myself or, in cases where the buyer has his or her own agent, field the offer they write. I present the offer to you, review the positives and negatives, estimate your net proceeds based on the offer and help you decide whether to accept, reject or counter the offer.
Once you have a solid contract, our Transaction Coordinator becomes involved. This person is completely versed in the transaction process, what needs to happen, when and by whom. Everything is arranged so that we proceed easily to closing, solving problems as they arise.
